This holiday season, I can't seem to stay out of the kitchen!
I love trying out new recipes and adding my own touch to it. Especially when you have to work with what you have. It creates such a fun challenge!
So yesterday I made Apple Crepes.
And it's super easy to make.
Just follow your own pancake recipe.
Once in the frying pan, I treated it like an omelette.
Work in two frying pans.
Dice a red apple. In a small lightly coated skillet, fry your apple slices. I poured syrup over the apples to keep them moist and soft. At the same time, I had my pancake batter in the other pan.
When the first side was set, I flipped it over.
Then I transferred my apples to the centre and added a little more syrup.

Once the other side is done, just fold in half (like an omelette)!
^.^

Oh yeah, that's a sexy crepe!
And with a little powdered sugar on top, this is the most delicious breakfast item ever!

Yum!
