Good Morning everyone! And may the fourth be with you!

What? Didn't you know that today is Star Wars Day? Yes, today is that awesome day where nerds all around can just geek out, and somewhere I'm not (because I'm stuck at work) there's a Star Wars marathon playing. Oh why?! :(

I hope you all are celebrating somehow! After all, it's an awesome way to start the week.

Have you ever noticed at the beginning of the week that life is much easier once you've picked out and ironed your clothing for the week? And am I the only one that struggles with doing this? I'm sure I'm not alone. So if you've ever just needed an idea, some sort of inclination as to what you may possibly want to wear, I think organising your outfits this week, just might get a little easier.

(Inspired by my own closet)

This week, I'm definitely feeling floral prints. I've been wearing bright colours for awhile now, because it's Spring (but most days feels like Summer) and that's just what you do. So here are 5 floral themed outfits to inspire you this week!

1. This little number actually took me over 3 months to finish. I started this last year and just couldn't bring myself to finish it, even though all I needed to do was add the zipper, hem it and attach bias tape to the neckline.I got the floral print fabric from my mum (it was leftover from her sewing project) and the yellow was leftover from a skirt I had made in May. I love the bright colours and length of this dress. mixed with the sorbet colour of my sweater. And the head wrap perfectly compliments the laziest of bad hair days!

2. Today I'm wearing this little number from Zulilly. It's not's the conventional floral print but it fits me so well, and the print is fun! Also, who doesn't love a shirt dress? Pair this with a bright coloured sweater (try picking out one of the colours in the print) and a neutral tone shoe. (I went with a mint green sweater and black heels).

3. It's weird but I haven't

worn pants to work in about two weeks! I love the idea of a floral print blouse with white slim fit pants. This is great for a relaxed, effortless beauty look that's still office appropriate!

4. I got this dress from Zulilly the same time as the other one that I'm wearing today. Shift dresses can be fun and flirty, especially when they come in tropical floral prints!

5. When the weekend comes, try wearing this cute number. I've got a pair of floral shorts that I picked up from Goodwill in October that I love! Advice: Let the shorts take center stage by keeping the rest of the look simple and neutral.

Are any of you ladies going to try this look? Have another floral combination you're dying to try? Sound off in the comment section below and don't be afraid to submit looks of your favourite floral themed outfits!

Olivia
