Easter Pink Lemonade Cake

Is everyone off their sugar high yet?

Yesterday was Easter, but we're still on holiday here!

So yay for Easter Monday!!!!

(That's seriously a real holiday here)

All day, I've been in between sleep and eating.

I played a little bit of Little Big Planet, died like right before the end of the stage, said screw it, and turned off the game.

I'm feeling so lazy today I had my mum comb my hair for me.

But yesterday I made a Pink Lemonade Cake.

I hate lemon or anything lemon flavoured but I figured my family would enjoy it.

So far I've already had two slices (still eating those cookies!)

And the lemon taste isn't as strong as I expected, so that's a plus!

I'm thinking of making this again for the summer. I may make it differently.

Oh the recipe?

It's just a lemon cake mix with pink food colouring!

And the icing is the same as the Blue Almond Cookies from yesterday!
